Warranty
Ride with complete piece of mind knowing your new Batribike e-bike is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. Additionally, the battery and Promovec motor is guaranteed for 3 years, and the frame for 5 years.
Please note the battery must be used in line with the care guide outlined the owner's manual for a warranty claim to be upheld. Consumables like brake pads, tyres, lights, and cables are not covered, but can be purchased from Batribike or ourselves.

Klarna’s "Pay in 30 days" lets you receive your order upfront and pay within 30 days with no interest or fees. In their app, you can pay early or extend the due date if needed. If eligible, you’ll see the "Pay in 30 days" option at checkout. After your order ships, Klarna will email you with payment details.

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
