Rider-Focused Features

The LCD display offers 9 levels of pedal assist, allowing you to tailor your ride to your preferences. The bike also includes hydraulic disc brakes, a Shimano derailleur, and 24 x 3 inch Kenda fat tyres for superior control and stability.

Rocket e-bikes are typically delivered in 3-6 working days.

If a battery upgrade has been chosen, expect delivery in approximately 5-8 working days.

Despite their cruiser style, there is a large amount of adjustment that can be made to Rocket e-bikes.

Extra pads can help to raise the saddle height, or alternative handlebars can be fit to give you a more upright position.

If you are concerned about the size, get in touch with us to discuss modifications we can make to the bike before delivery.

If you are on the taller side (6ft+), we would recommend the GTS line up as these have 24” tyres and so are more suited to taller riders.

All Rocket e-bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on the motor, and a 6-month manufacturer's warranty on the battery.

Please Note: Batteries need to to stored correctly or the warranty will be void.

PayPal

Paying with PayPal is simple, quick, and secure. Just select PayPal at checkout to order. We receive instant payment confirmation, allowing us to process your order without delay.

Klarna

Klarna’s "Pay Later" lets you receive your order upfront and pay within a set period (usually between 2 weeks and 2 months) with no interest or fees. In their app, you can pay early or extend the due date if needed.

Klarna also offers "Pay in 3" which splits the total into three equal interest-free instalments.

Bank Transfer

Want a further discount on your purchase? Save an additional 2% on all orders when you pay by bank transfer. Just let us know which model you're after, and we will send you an invoice with the discount already applied.

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
