A few conditions apply to the referral scheme.
You must notify Bike Yard Online about the referral before the referred customer places their order. Contact us with their name and we'll make a note on their account.
You must be an existing Bike Yard Online customer who has previously completed a purchase.
The person you refer must be a new customer who has not previously purchased from Bike Yard Online.
The reward amount depends on the bike purchased and the payment method used. A very small number of bikes or payment methods may be excluded from the offer. Contact us before referring to confirm eligibility.
Rewards are paid 30 days after delivery to allow for the standard UK consumer law return window.
You cannot refer yourself or use the scheme in conjunction with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
