Easy to complete assembly. Very easy to control via the brilliant display. Easy to ride, disappointed with range but still getting used to bike
This e-bike is ok, we’ve had it a month with no complaints, easy set up and build, a few issues coupling the electric cable but part my fault after contacting customer service, who was spot on
I do have an issue, where to contact the water bottle bracket.
Absolutely fantastic trike, really informative people I spoke to, really know their stuff. Delivery was .exactly when they said, drove all the way from Somerset, amazing! The trike is incredible very well made, great performance, and comfort.

I'm in my mid 70's and found it very easy to ride, with my little dog on his Buddy Rider bike seat. Just back from a week away in our motorhome and rode it every day, on road and forest trails and it performed perfectly.

Great bike, easy to ride, only problem is the speed sensor is not very accurate. Other than that great value for the money.
Bike itself is fantastic, the assist levels really kick in to help. Only downside is the saddle is hard so I bought a soft seat cover, as you never want to stop riding.
Also tyres were very deflated on delivery & I wasn’t told of the little black valve that needs tightening, hence I thought I had a puncture.
Would recommend though for overall performance.

I ummed and ahhed about spending this much on a folding bike for months but I am so glad I finally went for it. I live in a first floor flat with no outdoor storage so being able to fold it and bring it inside was a must and it folds up really quickly once you get the hang of it. The low step frame is brilliant for me as I have a bad hip and getting on and off a standard bike was becoming a real problem. The assist levels are very well judged and I find level two is more than enough for me.
I did email the team with a question about the battery and got a lovely reply from Harry the same afternoon. Cannot recomend highly enough.
Great bike, great price. Build quality is spot on and it arrived very well packaged with no damage at all. Took me about 15 mimutes to put together with the instructions which were clear enough. Would absolutley recomend to anyone thinking about making the switch to electric.
The Ampere X-Trail looks great and is a joy to ride. The first time out on it was very comfortable.
I also am a big fan of the large display which is much better than the mini LCD on my last ebike that was unfortunately stolen :(
There is definitely more umph with this bike. I found that hills were much easier and it "feels" more powerful, despite still being 250W, which I assume is because of the high torque motors they are using.

Only been out for a brief ride (it stopped raining for ten minutes here in Cumbria), even so greatly impressed. More obvious smooth power compared to my other electric bikes, and at 82 this is a real bonus. Even if you couldn't 'ride a bicycle' it would be wonderful to own one of these for its sheer beauty.
