The Batribike Route S is designed from the ground up for comfort and practicality. Its low step-through aluminium frame makes it easy to mount and dismount - ideal for everyday riders, commuters and those returning to cycling after a break. Wide 27.5" VEE Speedster tyres keep things stable and planted on both tarmac and light trails, while the fixed stem, ergonomic grips and saddle mean you'll still feel fresh after longer distances.

At the heart of the Route S is a 250W Promovec rear hub motor producing 43 Nm of torque - enough to handle loaded commutes, headwinds and moderate hills with ease. The motor is paired with a frame-integrated Promovec IT3 battery (available in 374Wh or 504Wh) that sits neatly out of sight, protecting components from the elements and keeping the bike looking sharp. Five assist levels and a walk-assist function give you full control over how much help you want, when you want it.

Stopping power comes from Shimano MT200 hydraulic disc brakes front and rear - reliable in wet British conditions and confidence-inspiring at any speed. An 8-speed Shimano drivetrain rounds out the spec, giving you plenty of range across varied terrain. Mudguards and integrated cable routing come as standard, and the Route S is pre-fitted for a luggage rack and basket, making it genuinely ready for the school run, the supermarket or the weekend ride.

The compact Promovec display connects to the Promovec e-connect app via Bluetooth, so you can track rides, customise settings and get the most from your bike.
