I came to Bike Yard Online to get an e-bike through the Cycle Solutions cycle to work scheme. I didn't fully understand how it worked but after reaching out through live chat, I spoke to James on the phone who walked me through the entire process and went out of his way to make sure I had all the information I needed. Very good service

I have waited a week before I made this review and I give it five stars. I have done approximately 60 miles and I can say the bike handled extremely well.
The folding is a little bit tricky for the first couple of times, but once you get used to it, it’s absolutely fine.
The bike way approximately 16 kg without battery, lifting 16 kg into the car it’s just about my limit so that’s OK too.
I would certainly recommend this folding bike to anyone.
