Eskuta Delivery and Warranty

Every Eskuta eBike is built to order, fully assembled, and undergoes a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and test ride to ensure it’s perfect. Delivery takes 7-10 working days, and our trained staff will provide white-glove service, delivering your eBike in person and showing you how to use and maintain it.

• Warranty: Every Eskuta comes with a 1-year or 8,000-mile warranty for your peace of mind.

Storage Pod Option

For added storage, choose from our 22L rear storage pod, available in 7 different colours to match your bike. If you order the Matt Orange model, a Matt Black storage pod will be provided instead.

Please note that delivery may take slightly longer during exceptionally busy periods.

Eskuta electric bikes are built to last and that’s why they come with a 1-year / 8,000 mile manufacturer's warranty.

This can be extended by an additional 12 months (24 months from purchase) / 8,000 miles with an Extended Warranty.
