This is an excellent Shimano Tiagra 10-speed long-range electric bike with the addition of a powerful, near silent electric motor on tap when you need it; the perfect assisted bike for all your cycling needs.

Hand-built in Europe and shipped from a UK warehouse, quality branded components and a removable battery make the X-Cross a premium eBike you will appreciate for years to come.

The popular X-Cross combines lightweight alloy wheels with puncture-resistant Schwalbe 28" tyres, and a 250W / 36V / 45Nm torque Promovec rear hub motor to provide you with a lightweight, quiet, and enjoyable electric bike for town and country roads.

Shipping & Delivery

All Mark2 bicycles arrive almost fully assembled. For shipping, the handlebar is turned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are removed. These are the only parts you will need to attach, which requires minimal assembly skills. We provide detailed instructions and the necessary tools.

For Mark2 bikes, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 working days from the date of your order.

Warranty

Mark2 offers a comprehensive limited warranty as follows: 5 years for the frame, 3 years for the battery, motor and all other parts (including the paint and clear coat) from the date of purchase.

The guarantee does not apply to parts that are susceptible to wear and tear, such as tyres, chains, brakes, cables, cassettes, derailleur in the circumstance that they are not assembly or material defects.
