Disclaimer: To the best of our knowledge, the e-bikes in this collection are intended to comply with the UK's electrically assisted pedal cycle (EAPC) regulations. However, some are available in variants with a maximum continuous rated power exceeding 250w, or come with an optional throttle that has not been ‘type approved’. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance. E-bikes that have a maximum continuous rated power exceeding 250w and/or speed assistance exceeding 15.5mph cannot be used on UK public roads without first obtaining type approval, insurance, tax, displaying a number plate and undergoing an MOT. In the UK, only e-bikes that comply with EAPC Regulations can be used on UK public roads without tax, insurance or registration. For the avoidance of doubt, you will be responsible for obtaining such type approval, insurance, tax, registration and MOT. If you are purchasing an e-bike from outside of the UK, you are responsible for checking and complying with the applicable laws and regulations relating to e-bike use in your jurisdiction and where you intend to use the e-bike.
