That’s why we proudly guarantee the best price available. If you discover one of our products at a lower price elsewhere, please reach out to us, and we will match that price!

Our price matching policy is subject to the following conditions:

• The price must exclude any membership, bulk buy discounts, or personal discounts.
• The competitor's item must be in stock and available for purchase.
• We can only match prices for identical items (including size, colour, warranty, etc).
• The competitor's price must include delivery within the UK and be expected to arrive within seven days.
• No other promotional offers or vouchers may be applied alongside a price match.
• The competitor must be based in the UK and sell directly to consumers.
• The competitor must operate as an online-only business.
• The competitor must specialise in electric vehicles.
• We will not match prices if you are using a Cycle to Work scheme voucher for your order.
• We do not match prices from auction or marketplace websites.
• We are unable to offer price matching on accessories.
• We will not match prices from clearance sales, auctions, closing down sales, pre-sales, or from specialist retailers such as market stalls or membership scheme discounts.
