Big Game electric bikes typically arrive in 2-4 working days of your order date for the standard delivery option.
Please allow an extra couple of days for the pre-assembled and ready-to-ride option.
Warranty
Ride in complete confidence knowing all Big Game Bikes include a comprehensive manufacturer's warranty with coverage as follows:
- 2 Years: Frame.
- 12 Months: Components.
- 6 Months: Electrical System.
Please note the warranty excludes normal wear and tear and damage (accidental or otherwise).
