Falcon Horizon Low Step (17") Electric Bike 250W (2025)

The Horizon electric hybrid bike features a low step frame, making it easy for riders between 5’0” and 5’10” to get on and off. It comes with an integrated 375Wh battery that provides up to 40 miles of range and can be fully charged in five hours. The battery can be charged on the bike or removed for indoor charging, making it convenient for those without easy access to a plug socket near their bike storage.

Powered by a Bafang rear hub motor, the Horizon offers 32Nm of torque for smooth riding on hills and flat terrain. The motor has three power modes, adjustable via a user-friendly handlebar display that also shows battery level and speed. Additionally, the bike includes a walk-assist mode for help when pushing the bike uphill. The Shimano 1x7 speed gearing system, upgraded Altus trigger shifter, and low-maintenance mechanical disc brakes ensure reliable performance, while the front suspension fork with 80mm travel and hydraulic lockout offers a smoother ride on uneven surfaces.

For added comfort and safety, the Horizon includes an adjustable stem, ergonomic grips, a padded Selle Royal Freeway saddle, and city-style pedals. The bike is equipped with puncture-protected tyres featuring reflective sidewalls for increased visibility in low light. It also comes with a pannier rack, rear reflector, full-length mudguards, and a kickstand for convenience.

Falcon electric bikes typically arrive in 2-3 working days of your order date for the 85% assembled models. For this delivery option, the bike is mostly built but the front wheel and brakes/gears will need to be adjusted.

Our fully assembled models take a little longer, typically delivered in 3-6 working days dependant on how busy we are.

Every Falcon electric bike we supply includes a manufacturer's warranty valid for the original owner, with coverage as follows:

• 5 Years: All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks.
• 3 Years: All rigid alloy frames and forks.
• 1 Year: Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components.

Branded components such as SR Suntour, Rockshox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, installation of incompatible parts, damage from accidents or misuse, and labour or transport costs for replacements. Proof of purchase and product registration are required to make a claim, and the warranty is only valid for the original owner from the date of purchase.
