Rocket e-bikes are typically delivered in 3-5 working days.
Warranty
All Rocket e-bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty on the motor, and a 6-month manufacturer's warranty on the battery.
Faulty batteries should be returned to Red Rocket GBR Ltd for testing and possible repair or replacement.
Please Note: Batteries need to to stored correctly or the warranty will be void.
