Please Note: You must add this product to your cart to order a Wisper electric bike with a legal full throttle, otherwise you will be ordering a standard Wisper electric bike with pedal assist.
As of October 2025, lead times are approximately 10-12 weeks from your order date due to the time it takes to book a slot with the DVSA for type approval.
At Bike Yard Online, we can now deliver Wisper e-bikes without the throttle so you can start riding straight away instead of waiting 2–3 months for delivery. Once your bike is with you, contact us and we will arrange a DVSA slot to fit the legal throttle at a later date. When the time comes, just send the bike back and we will handle everything.
