Fantastic customer service! After asking my friend which bike to get, they recommended bike yard online. Speaking to their customer service team they gave very informative advice included suggesting bikes that were better value for money! I'm incredibly pleased with the service they've provided.

I have waited a week before I made this review and I give it five stars. I have done approximately 60 miles and I can say the bike handled extremely well.
The folding is a little bit tricky for the first couple of times, but once you get used to it, it’s absolutely fine.
The bike way approximately 16 kg without battery, lifting 16 kg into the car it’s just about my limit so that’s OK too.
I would certainly recommend this folding bike to anyone.
