We’ve got you covered! Choose between two battery options: the standard 8.8Ah battery, which delivers up to 30 miles of range per charge, or upgrade to the 14Ah battery for up to a whopping 50 miles. Plus, charging is flexible—you can either remove the battery or charge it directly on the bike. So whether it’s a commute, a countryside adventure, or a city errand, the Osprey keeps you moving.

Designed for Comfort and Reliability

Despite its compact size, the Osprey doesn’t skimp on quality. With 20” CST tyres, front suspension, and a fully adjustable quick-release seatpost, it’s designed for comfort on both smooth city roads and bumpy trails. The full mudguards, alloy V brakes, and a sturdy luggage rack with bungee straps add extra utility, while a side stand ensures you can park it anywhere with ease. Plus, the bike arrives fully assembled—all you need to do is unfold the pedals, frame, and handlebar, and you're ready to ride!

The Shimano 6-speed gearing system, paired with the 250-watt motor and 3 levels of pedal assist, ensures you have all the power you need. Whether you're zipping through city streets or tackling hilly countryside routes, the Osprey will have your back. The motor’s speed is capped at 25km/h (15.5mph) to comply with European regulations, making sure you stay safe while enjoying the ride.

Basis e-bikes are typically delivered 95% assembled in 2 to 4 working days.

You will just need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars and you're ready to ride! Full instructions are provided, but if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Please note: During exceptionally busy periods, Basis e-bikes may take an extra couple of days to arrive.

Suitable for people from 5ft6” to 6ft, but every individual is different and we have happy customers above and below these heights.

With Buyline Finance, you can spread the cost of your new wheels across up to 11 monthly payments with 0% APR. Simply choose between 6, 9, 10, or 11 month payment plans and select the deposit you wish to pay (between 0-50%).
