Revom trikes (T1F, T1, T2, T4) and cargo bikes (Revom 2.3 & Revom C2) are delivered fully assembled with complementary white-glove service included.

Expect delivery within 3 - 7 working days (up to 10 working days during exceptionally busy periods) from the date of your order.

Revom e-bikes (except the 2.3 or C2 cargo bikes) arrive 98% pre-assembled. For shipping, the handlebar is aligned parallel to the frame, and the pedals are detached. You'll only need to attach these components, which require minimal bicycle assembly skills. Detailed instructions are provided.

Please note there may be an excess delivery charge for Revom cargo bikes and trikes delivered outside England and Wales. Please contact us prior to your order to discuss your requirements.

Revom e-bikes come with a 24 month warranty on all components (except the battery which is 6 months).

Please be aware that this does not cover normal wear and tear. T&Cs apply.

With any e-bike, battery capacity can decrease with each charge and use. Warranty claims for the battery should be submitted in writing. A battery will typically perform at 60% capacity after 2 years of use or 500 charge cycles, whichever comes first.

Buyline Finance - 0% APR Over Up To 11 Months

With Buyline Finance, you can spread the cost of your new wheels across up to 11 monthly payments with 0% APR. Paying with PayPal is simple, quick, and secure. Just select PayPal at checkout to order. We receive instant payment confirmation, allowing us to process your order without delay.

Klarna’s "Pay in 30 days" lets you receive your order upfront and pay within 30 days with no interest or fees. In their app, you can pay early or extend the due date if needed. If eligible, you’ll see the "Pay in 30 days" option at checkout. After your order ships, Klarna will email you with payment details.

If your employer’s already signed up (or is ready to join), you can save up to 50% on any of our electric bikes and spread the payments. It's a brilliant way to get an e-bike without breaking the bank!

Important note: Only bikes with motors up to 250W are eligible for the Cycle to Work scheme.

If you've already got your cycle to work voucher (also known as a certificate or letter of collection (LOC)), just shoot it over to us at info@bikeyardonline.co.uk.

Once we’ve got your voucher, we’ll get your new e-bike rolling. We’ll also guide you through the process and keep you updated with tracking info once it’s on the way!

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.

Employer not signed up to a scheme?
