Rest easy knowing that all E-Go electric bikes come with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, which can be extended to 24 months.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults in parts and workmanship, but excludes general wear and tear or damage from misuse.

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
