All emovement e-bikes are delivered fully assembled in 2-4 days.
We take care to ensure its safe delivery, but please inspect it upon arrival for any scratches or imperfections, as shipping is insured.

Warranty
Every e-bike from emovement includes a one-year manufacturer's warranty on all electrical components (or 5000 miles - whichever comes first) and a four-year manufacturer's warranty on the frame (or 20,000 miles - whichever comes first).
Since we operate directly from the UK, you won’t have to wait long for support.
Please note that free accessories and punctures, tyres, and pedals are not covered under warranty. Emovement's electric bikes are designed for personal use only, not for commercial purposes. Using them for deliveries without notifying us and purchasing a special warranty package will void your warranty.

Buyline Finance - 0% APR Over Up To 11 Months
With Buyline Finance, you can spread the cost of your new wheels across up to 11 monthly payments with 0% APR. Simply choose between 6, 9, 10, or 11 month payment plans and select the deposit you wish to pay (between 0-50%). Klarna’s "Pay in 30 days" lets you receive your order upfront and pay within 30 days with no interest or fees. In their app, you can pay early or extend the due date if needed. If eligible, you’ll see the "Pay in 30 days" option at checkout. After your order ships, Klarna will email you with payment details.

Once we’ve got your voucher, we’ll get your new e-bike rolling. We’ll also guide you through the process and keep you updated with tracking info once it’s on the way!

If your workplace is signed up but you don’t have a voucher in hand, no worries! Ask your employer to request a voucher based on the bike you want. Once they’ve sorted it, send it our way and we’ll handle everything from there.
