Dawes Scenic Crossbar Electric Hybrid Bike 250W (2025)

The Dawes Scenic electric hybrid bike features a 375Wh integrated battery, offering up to 40 miles (64km) of range on a single charge. The battery can be charged in 5 hours, either on the bike or removed for convenience and security, thanks to a key lock that provides added peace of mind when parked in public spaces.

Powered by the Bafang rear hub motor, the Scenic delivers 32Nm of torque, making it easy to tackle hills and glide along flat terrain. Riders can choose from five power modes using a user-friendly handlebar display that shows battery level and speed. Additionally, a walk assist mode is included to help push the bike up steep inclines.

Equipped with 1x7 speed Shimano Altus gears and low-maintenance cable disc brakes, the Scenic ensures reliable shifting and powerful braking in all conditions. The bike also features puncture-protected Innova Roadrunner tyres, ergonomic grips, and a Selle Royal Freeway saddle for comfort. It comes fully equipped with a pannier rack, full-length mudguards, and a kickstand for added convenience. The Scenic is available in two sizes, recommended for riders between 5'4" and 6'2" (162cm to 188cm).

Dawes electric bikes typically arrive in 2-3 working days of your order date for the 85% assembled models. For this delivery option, the bike is mostly built but the front wheel and brakes/gears will need to be adjusted.

Our Dawes fully assembled electric models take a little longer, typically delivered in 3-6 working days dependant on how busy we are.

We recommend Medium for riders who are 5'4" to 5'10" (162cm to 178cm) and Large for riders who are 5'10" to 6'2" (178cm to 188cm).

Every Dawes bike we supply includes a manufacturer's warranty valid for the original owner, with coverage as follows:

• 5 Years: All rigid steel and titanium frames and forks.
• 3 Years: All rigid alloy frames and forks.
• 1 Year: Suspension frames/forks, paintwork and decals, carbon fibre frames/forks, original parts, suspension components, electrical components, and branded components.

Branded components such as SR Suntour, Rockshox, Shimano, and Avid are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty.

The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper assembly or maintenance, installation of incompatible parts, damage from accidents or misuse, and labour or transport costs for replacements. Proof of purchase and product registration are required to make a claim, and the warranty is only valid for the original owner from the date of purchase.
