Setting it apart from the Roam MK2 is the innovative Enviolo hub gearing system, which allows for seamless shifting and eliminates issues like derailleur sag and tangles. The stepless manual technology simplifies gear adjustments, akin to adjusting the volume on a radio, enabling riders to focus on important aspects of their ride such as traffic or scenery. Gone are the days of step changes, locked gears, empty pedalling, or creaking noises; instead, the technology provides a unique ride feel with ease of use. The system is low maintenance and contributes to the longevity of bikes, especially when paired with a belt drive, making it a perfect fit for the new generation of riders focused on simplicity and comfort. The Enviolo stepless manual technology was developed based on user feedback to meet specific rider needs, featuring specially designed internal gear hubs and matching controllers. It also reduces the risk of oil staining on clothing.

Emu e-bikes are typically delivered in 2 to 5 working days from your order date, but may take longer during busy periods.

The Emu range is suitable for riders from 5ft 1” (154cm) to 6ft 2” (189cm), but every individual is different and we have happy customers above and below these heights.

If you are on the shorter side of this scale, we recommend Emu Step Through variants as the frame is slightly smaller (18"). Likewise, taller riders are advised to get the Crossbar variants due to the larger frame (20").

Emu offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty for the Classic, and a 1-year manufacturer's warranty for the Roam and Evo on the frame, motor, battery & charger, controller & display, sensors and paintwork.

You must service and maintain your bike as per Emu's warranty and terms and conditions.
