Hygge e-bikes are typically delivered in 3 to 4 working days from your order date.

Hygge e-bikes arrive 95% assembled - you just need to attach the pedals and straighten the handlebars. Full instructions are available from the user manual, which also contains video tutorials.

The Sorø is suitable for riders 5ft3 - 6ft5.

Hygge offers a 12-month limited warranty on manufacturing defects and transport damages, starting from the delivery date and covering only the original buyer. You are recommend to service the e-Bike every 6-12 months or 2000km (1250 miles).

Warranty Details:

• 36 Months: Frame
• 12 Months: Motor, controller, fork, handlebar, brake, charger, battery
• 6 Months: Display, switch, kickstand, tyres, pedals, freewheel, fenders, lights

Exclusions: User negligence, natural disasters, improper use, unauthorised repairs, or exceeding 4000km (2500 miles) mileage.
